“Ignorance is bliss” is an often heard saying, but is there any truth to it?
If you live in an isolated mountain village and there is a blizzard that is headed your way that is guaranteed to destroy the village, and there was nothing that you can do about it, would knowing that the blizzard is coming make you happier?
Personally? I wouldn’t want to live in an isolated mountain village.
Cause and effect. A butterfly in Mongolia flaps its wings and a blizzard hits an isolated mountain village in the Apls wiping out the ignorant.
what about the isolated mountain villages in Asian mountain ranges that are supposedly chockful of sages etc?
