Familiar Ground is hovering around the 100th place at TopWebComics.
“Kill things and take their stuff” pretty much summarizes almost all adventure stories.
The Hobbit? Kill Smaug and take his hoard. Star Wars? Kill the Emperor and take his government.

/sigh
I really should reread what I’ve written before I post these strips online.
My original script for the second panel is suppose to read “…tracking down the source of these things to loot their lair.” Somewhere, between my reading of the script and my hand writing out the actual dialogue, my brain decided to substitute “lair” for “source” and I ended up being used twice.
Don’t beat yourself up, Cedric. Your comic is based on D&D, right? So the standard for proofreading/editing is set limbo-low.
But what about Lord of the Rings? That one was about Sauron by NOT taking his ring .
Well, technically, the whole quest to destroy the ring was to prevent Sauron from becoming stronger so they can kill him (and take his stuff).
