Pantalones De Fuego

For those with short attention spans, reading the comic backwards, or are viewing this comic in isolation, I’m talking about the guy in this strip with the hot pants (okay, pants made out of fire…hot pants on that dude would be seriously disturbing).

I remember when 4e first came out and lots of people on the interwebs made a big deal about the fantastic materials that magic armors were made of (godplate, starweave, darkhide, etc).  It’s a couple of years later and I haven’t seen anyone mention it lately.  I guess the complainers have either gotten used to them, didn’t play 4e because of them, or realized that whining about what to call +3 hide was lame.

Maybe it’s time to come up with some new material types to rile up some more angst.  Dibs on fireweave.

    Naga hide.

no, naugahyde is fake, naga hide is magical armor crafted from the skin of nagas, the D&D monsters (although I dont think bone nagas HAVE hide per se, but they can provide the support ribbing and stuff I guess…)
