Sore Winner

Seems like Toad is slightly overcompensating for winning against Coco.  He better savor it.  It’s likely to be the last one for a while.

Oh, and someone pointed out to me that most d12s have both nine and six underlined.  I’m aware.  It just wouldn’t have made a funny story, now would it?  :)

In other news, I went to a local game convention over the weekend.  It totally slipped my mind that it would’ve been a perfect opportunity to hand out flyers of my comic since it was the ideal target audience.  I guess I was just looking forward to seeing some old friends I haven’t seen in a while and plain ole forgot.

Ah well.  There’s a few more local events in the area that’s coming up.  I’ll make a better effort at promoting the comic at those.

Seeing the hat back on Toad’s head made me notice: the hat got shading! It’s been shaded since April 29th. I think it looks better with shading.

Well, Toad will take better care of it than Coco would have, I’m sure. I really enjoyed this arc. Thanks!

Heh, yeah. The first few dozen strips were actually written a couple of months ago and I’m slowly evolving the art as things progress (hopefully for the better).

I should I asked if you could have put a few frames on the walls where the schedules were. I totally blanked on that. Maybe next year if someone remembers?

Haha. As the creator of the comic, it’s something that should’ve been foremost on MY mind. I’ve already spoken with Gabe about Pacificon, so I don’t forget. I’ll definitely be advertising more on the next few cons I attend.

I’ll be going to CQReno if you want to give me something to show there.

Neat! Thanks. I might just take you up on that offer.
